Among the startling findings were that American men ranked last in life expectancy among the 17 countries in the study and that guns, car accidents, and drug addiction were far higher in the United States. Firearm homicides--20 times higher than in the other countries; Highest diabetes of all the countries surveyed. Bright spot: Lower death rates from cancer than can be detected with a test.
